Tricks for Treats Flounder Halloween Ballet T-Shirt

Bring a little Halloween mischief to quiet evenings and costume rehearsals with this soft, dependable tee. Flounder, in her brave tutu, pirouettes across the front, balancing charm and theatrical courage as she plays with her little Mouse Toy. The hand-drawn artwork by Nina keeps each detail lively: the flutter of the tutu, the tiny scuff of a paw, the cheeky tilt of Flounder’s smile. Wear it while carving pumpkins, running last-minute treat errands, or laughing with friends over spooky playlists. The design feels warm and whimsical, like a neighbor’s porch light and a whispered promise of familiar fun. This shirt settles into your life without fuss. The classic crew neck layers easily under jackets or sits solo with jeans. It’s for those who love playful, storybook Halloween, the neighborhood performers, the parents pairing costumes with kids, the ballet-mad at heart who appreciate a costume with courage. When October nights call for cozy movement, this tee answers with a soft hand and a smirk.

The same design on other pieces

The same artwork is on a youth sweatshirt and a tote bag. Everything with this design is in Tricks for Treats.

Nina, also known as Flounder’s mom, is an award-winning artist, animator, and children’s book illustrator whose creative passion shines through every piece of her work. With years of experience bringing whimsical characters to life, Nina has found her greatest inspiration right at home, in the form of her beloved fish, Flounder the Purrmaid. Flounder isn’t just her muse, but also the heart and soul of this collection.

Nina’s favorite subject to paint and draw has always been Flounder, and every design you see begins with real-life moments captured through photography. Flounder has happily “modeled” for countless reference photos, allowing Nina to capture her playful personality and signature expressions with incredible accuracy and charm. From the initial sketch to the finished artwork, each design is lovingly hand-drawn and carefully crafted by Nina herself.

Every product in the Flounder Cat collection represents the bond between artist and muse, a blend of Nina’s artistic skill and Flounder’s irresistible charisma. The result is a one-of-a-kind line of artwork and products that are not only beautiful, but also deeply personal. When you bring home a Flounder Cat design, you’re not just getting a piece of art, you’re getting a little piece of FlounderLand.
