Milwaukee, Wisconsin Skyline Wood Christmas Ornament, Engraved Natural Wood

A round wood Christmas ornament, laser engraved with the Milwaukee, Wisconsin skyline. Lake Michigan, brick and brewing, and an art museum with wings. The design is burned into the grain itself, so it will not fade, peel or wash off, and it comes out of the box looking the same every December.

Milwaukee, beyond the skyline

Milwaukee built its name on brewing, and Miller still brews here. Summerfest on the lakefront is one of the largest music festivals in the world, the Harley-Davidson Museum is downtown, and the Third Ward's old warehouses are full of shops and restaurants.

What you get

• One round wood ornament, engraved with the Milwaukee, Wisconsin skyline, the city name and the state beneath it
• 3.5" across, light enough for any branch, with a rustic twine hanger already tied on

Details

• Material: sustainable natural wood
• Size: 3.5" across and 0.1" thick, lightweight and sturdy
• Ready to hang: rustic twine hanger included, straight out of the box
• Finish: fade resistant engraving, so the design reads dark against the pale grain
• Grain: natural wood, so no two are exactly alike

Made to order

We keep the wood blanks in stock and run your design only after you order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Ornaments are engraved and shipped within 1-5 business days.

Wood or slate?

This is the wood one: pale and warm, barely there on the branch, with the skyline burned dark into the grain at 3.5" across. The Milwaukee slate ornament is the opposite, dark stone with the design cut in light, heavier in the hand, in 3" or 4". Same skyline on both, so you can match a set or mix them.

A good gift for

Anyone who grew up in Milwaukee, moved away from it, or moved to it. First Christmas in a new place, the transplant who still calls it home, and the family that scatters and comes back every December.

More engraved keepsakes

The same skyline is on slate coasters and cork coasters. Every city in the series is in the city skylines collection, and the rest of the Christmas ornaments are there too if you are putting a gift together.
