Lexington, Kentucky Skyline Wine Bottle Cutting Board, Engraved Bamboo

A bamboo serving board cut in the silhouette of a wine bottle, laser engraved with the Lexington, Kentucky skyline. Bluegrass country, horse farms and bourbon, in a city that knows how to pour. The engraving cuts into the surface rather than sitting on top of it, so there is no ink or paint to wear off.

Lexington, beyond the skyline

Lexington is surrounded by more than 400 horse farms, and the spring and fall race meets at Keeneland are city traditions. The University of Kentucky and its basketball team are central to life here, and the city sits in the middle of bourbon country.

Details

• Size: 17" x 5.25", cut in the silhouette of a wine bottle
• Material: solid bamboo, food safe and hard wearing
• Design: the Lexington, Kentucky skyline with the city name beneath it
• Engraving: laser engraved into the surface, so there is no ink or paint to wear off
• Finish: engraving colour shifts between browns and blacks, so no two boards match exactly

Care

Hand wash and towel dry. No dishwasher, and do not leave it soaking. A little food safe mineral oil every so often keeps the bamboo from drying out.

Made to order

We keep the bamboo blanks in stock and engrave your board only after you order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Boards ship within 1-5 business days.

A good gift for

Housewarmings and weddings, anyone whose bourbon shelf needs something to serve alongside it, and anyone who left Lexington and still says they are from there.

The same skyline on other pieces

The Lexington skyline also runs on a slate Christmas ornament, a wood Christmas ornament, slate coasters and cork coasters.
