A move to New Hampshire, or a first house there, calls for something that makes the new place feel like home. Here are New Hampshire gift ideas for a new home: our HOME designs, and the Granite State design with its purple finch.
Everything below is in our New Hampshire gifts collection.
HOME designs
Two of our 16 New Hampshire designs were made for a new home:
- HOME Outline, HOME with the state outline as the O
- Home Sweet Home, with the state shape as the O in HOME
They come on:
- The New Hampshire slate coaster set, natural slate coasters sold single or in sets of 4, 6 or 8, round or square, 4 inches across with hand chiseled edges
- The New Hampshire wine bottle cutting board, solid bamboo, 17 by 5.25 inches
- The New Hampshire slate ornament, the wood ornament and the leatherette ornament
The purple finch
New Hampshire is known as the Granite State. Our Granite State design pairs the state outline with a purple finch, plus "The Granite State" and EST. 1788, the year New Hampshire joined the Union.
It comes on a wall sign, 10 by 10 inch leatherette in blue or brown, and on slate coasters. The sign suits an entryway or a spot by the door.
For the first Christmas there
The Granite State leatherette ornament is a thin, shatterproof disc, 3 3/4 inches, in black, blue or brown. It's the one to hang low if there are kids or cats near the tree.
Timing
These aren't made in New Hampshire. We keep plain blanks in stock in our workshop in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and engrave each piece after you order. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, coasters and ornaments in a protective sleeve and boards and wall art in a plain box, so plan on wrapping anything meant as a gift.
