Fort Worth, Texas Skyline Wood Christmas Ornament, Engraved Natural Wood

A round wood Christmas ornament, laser engraved with the Fort Worth, Texas skyline. Where the West begins, and still acts like it. The design is burned into the grain itself, so it will not fade, peel or wash off, and it comes out of the box looking the same every December.

Fort Worth, beyond the skyline

Fort Worth was a stop on the cattle trails, and the Stockyards still run a cattle drive down Exchange Avenue twice a day. The Cultural District has the Kimbell, the Modern and the Amon Carter museums, and Sundance Square is the center of downtown.

What you get

• One round wood ornament, engraved with the Fort Worth, Texas skyline, the city name and the state beneath it
• 3.5" across, light enough for any branch, with a rustic twine hanger already tied on

Details

• Material: sustainable natural wood
• Size: 3.5" across and 0.1" thick, lightweight and sturdy
• Ready to hang: rustic twine hanger included, straight out of the box
• Finish: fade resistant engraving, so the design reads dark against the pale grain
• Grain: natural wood, so no two are exactly alike

Made to order

We keep the wood blanks in stock and run your design only after you order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Ornaments are engraved and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Wood or slate?

This is the wood one: pale and warm, barely there on the branch, with the skyline burned dark into the grain at 3.5" across. The Fort Worth slate ornament is the opposite, dark stone with the design cut in light, heavier in the hand, in 3" or 4". Same skyline on both, so you can match a set or mix them.

A good gift for

Anyone who grew up in Fort Worth, moved away from it, or moved to it. First Christmas in a new place, the transplant who still calls it home, and the family that scatters and comes back every December.

More engraved keepsakes

The same skyline is on slate coasters and cork coasters. Every city in the series is in the city skylines collection, and the rest of the Christmas ornaments are there too if you are putting a gift together.
