Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return

• Items in original, unused condition
• Items in original packaging with all tags attached
• Items that are not personalized or customized

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products (including but not limited to custom engravings, monogrammed items, made-to-order products, or any items modified to customer specifications)
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@beachcatsandwine.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive Authorization: We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
3. Package Items: Securely package items in original condition
4. Ship Back: Send items to our return address using the provided prepaid return label (where applicable)

Return Shipping

• Free Returns: We provide prepaid return labels for defective items or our error
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds for buyer remorse or size/fit issues

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• It may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• We'll provide a prepaid return label
• Full refund or replacement will be provided at no cost to you
